PT Parna Maspion Sejahtra is the first domestic joint venture within Rodamas Group. This joint venture was founded by PT Parna Raya (Parna Raya Group), PT Amonia Jatim Energi (Maspion Group) and PT Bara Perkasa Investama in May 2020.

The company is engaged in the ammonia storage terminal and distribution industry located in Maspion Industrial Estate, Manyar-Gresik, East Java with a tank capacity of 6,000 MT or equivalent to 300,000 T of ammonia supply per year.

Several industries that require ammonia are MSG , urea and NPK fertilizers, cosmetics, detergents, pulp and paper , plastics, refrigerants, chemical industry (soda ash, ammonium phosphate, etc.), automotive industry as well as for raw material in explosives industry.
PT Parna Maspion Sejahtra secures its ammonia supply from PT Kaltim Parna Industri (Parna Raya Group) in Bontang, one of the largest ammonia producer in Indonesia.
